Outlaw 10.5

Capitol Raceway 7-25-08 With Outlaw 10.5 running a week earlier the ODR guys had their chance to shine at Capitol Raceways Friday Night party, and shine is just what they did with 9 cars shooting it out for the quick 8. 6:30 would be the start for 1st round of qualifying and with last week Outlaw 10.5 show the fans where coming in early not wanting to miss any of the show. The 1st round we seen 7 cars trying to the fastest time for the night. Scott Bitzer came to the line and was pushed back off. Looked like a leak or something. But he did make it back for the 2nd round and qualified for the Quick 8 and worked his way to the final to take the win from Michael Naymann. I will break down the Qualifying runs for you so you can see how we got there.

Well there you have it 6 cars made the 1st round of Qualifying and they found the track difficult at best, But its going to come down to the team who gets their setup right and the driver who find the right line to hold them to the 1/8th mile for the win. More teams have made there way to the track in time to make 1 qualifying pass in the 2nd round.

With Qualifying out of the way the quick 8 working to get the cars ready for the 1st round. Some teams trying to find more power others try to find the right setup for the track.
